Michael Hamblin

Michael’s real estate career began as an investor in distressed properties in 2016, when he shortly thereafter decided to make a greater impact helping others as a Real Estate Broker. Since becoming licensed, he has developed a diverse background in residential, land, and specialty property transactions, starting in Colorado and later moving to the Greater Seattle Area to be closer with family.

In the Seattle area, Michael worked with veterans, service members and first responders and earned recognition as a top-performing residential agent. He has also developed expertise in farms, ranches, luxury listings, transitional land for development, and unique assets such as timber stands, placer gold mining operations, and conservation easements—a professional specialty and personal passion.

Beyond his role as a broker, he served as a Senior Right of Way Agent AKA “Land Man” for renewable energy, petroleum, and telecommunications projects across the Pacific Northwest, focusing on title research, commercial agreements, environmental remediation, and specialty permitting.
