Melissa Stein brings a unique blend of Texas roots and California savvy mixed with a deep passion for helping people find their place in the best of both worlds. Born in Texas and raised with strong family values, Melissa moved to Southern California in 1996, where she spent nearly two decades in Malibu before returning to Austin in 2015. Drawn by the city's vibrant energy and strong sense of community, she quickly found her calling in real estate, earning her license in 2017; and immediately landed a position as a valuable partner to a top producing luxury agent in the highly coveted Lake Travis area. There she successfully supported the team’s growth to double its original production volume.

Melissa then decided to broaden her experience by exploring new home sales and quickly earned a position at an award-winning, nationally recognized builder where she helped hundreds of clients navigate the purchase process with confidence and clarity in that role. What she loves most about real estate is the opportunity to guide people through one of life’s biggest decisions, buying or selling a home and making that journey smooth, informed, and rewarding.

Her deep knowledge of the Austin market, combined with firsthand experience in new construction, allows her to offer valuable insight whether her clients are first-time buyers, growing families, or savvy investors.
