Michael A. Jones

Michael A. Jones has worked in real estate for more than 20 years, but his fascination for the business goes back to childhood when he'd wait all week for the real estate section of The New York Times. Each time his moved, he loved the process, from viewing properties to learning about different neighborhoods. "My parents did well owning real estate" he explains. "That aspect of real estate was also very interesting to me -- it's not just a home, but an investment."

Michael has achieved sales of more than $400 million during his career and has completed more than 250 transactions. His success is due in part to a devotion to assessing client goals and achieving stellar results. Over the last 30+ years, Michael has lived in several Manhattan neighborhoods which gives him a deep understanding of the city and helps his ability to educate clients. "Living in different neighborhoods, from established Uptown to dynamic Greenwich Village to evolving Chelsea, has absolutely broadened my knowledge of and appreciation for the city as a whole." Michael currently lives in a new development condominium in West Chelsea next to the incredible High Line park.

Prior to real estate, Michael worked in advertising, an industry he credits with honing his ability to deliver top-notch client service and orchestrate a large, -faceted team to get the job done. In his free time, you'll find him exploring his beloved city or enjoying the beauty of Long Island at his East Hampton getaway.
