"As we started our journey with Mike he realized our goal would be very hard to accomplish. We had a budget in mind with a dream that would be very hard to fit that bill. Mike had the time and patience to really dig into what was available on the market. The home we ended up with checked every box on our list of wants and needs.

Through the process of being under contract we faced many challenges. Mike took the time to go through every option with us and really guide us to the best possible solution.

I coin Mike the worst realtor ever! Not for me but for those on the other side of the deal. He was really on it through and through. From lining up inspectors to working with the other agent to making sure certain things got done.

I would hate to be on Mikes radar if I was in the way of getting deals done as he would bombard each person to make sure their piece was completed.

I recall many nights (late at night) where we would be on the phone with Mike talking through different scenarios and figuring out what was the best path forward. At all times I felt as though I was Mike's only client (I know for certain he had many others) and also that Mike was not about making the deal happen but more that we were happy with the completion of each step of the process.
