The journey of life has many winding roads and provides many opportunities to make right or left turns and ultimately, sometimes you come to a fork in the road. After years of working in the Hospitality & Recreation industries I’ve joined my Father, Edward “Ned” Moritz as a team, in the Menlo Park Compass office. My years of working with clients to create wonderful experiences in restaurant settings, as well as aquatic programs, transition perfectly to bringing personal attention to clients who want to buy or sell a house.
I’ve lived in California since 1979. I grew up in Menlo Park, attending both private and public schools. I am familiar with the towns and cities along the San Francisco Peninsula and have seen the changes they have experienced as the area became become the world center for technology. This experience enables me to help match clients’ needs and goals with communities that best meet their needs. I’ve also lived in the southern California beach community of Huntington Beach, the Sierras around Lake Tahoe and the beautiful Central Coast town of SLO (San Luis Obispo). All of these areas of California are beautiful, but the Mid-Peninsula is unique. (San Mateo south through Los Altos)
By joining my skills and experiences with those of my partner/father we are able to bring a wide level of expertise about the Mid-Peninsula market. Our approach is personal service to each client on each transaction. Our family has moved five times, so we understand the challenges our clients face. We see our role is to provide consulting guidance, completion of the tedious details & a complete thus making the process of moving easy.
I have a bachelor’s degree in business and am fluent in Spanish and English. I enjoy participating in a number of sports: surfing, hiking the trails on the peninsula, snowboarding & swimming in any body of water I come across, all of which are within 3.5 hours or-less from the Mid-Peninsula. I am also fanatic of soccer and follow teams around the world.

Finally, their negotiating skills were excellent. During the short period (11 days) our house was on the market they dealt with multiple prospective buyers to deliver an offer that was tailored to our needs.
