Michael Noh

          Michael is a results-oriented high-performance real estate professional with strong experience in deal-making and negotiation. He brings his deep understanding of the technology and finance worlds, drawn from his previous career, to the challenges of Bay Area real estate.

          After obtaining a BA in Economics at the University of Michigan and a MBA from Cornell University, Michael built a career on Wall Street working for several of the largest investment banks in New York City.  After several years on Wall Street, Michael transitioned to the high-tech industry where he worked for a leading technology company where he led the Strategic Finance team conducting financial due diligence and recommendations to the CEO/CFO on all strategic investments.

          Although Michael enjoyed his career in finance, he realized the challenges associated with advising large companies and complex teams to make good decisions were just not as motivating to him personally.  Michael discovered that he was far more passionate about helping individuals and their families improve and express their own lives. 

          Michael realized that his true passion lies in the world of real estate and, as a real estate investor himself, understands that buying or selling a home is a major financial/life decision and wants to help guide his clients through the at times frustrating process with ease and expertise.  Thus, Michael decided to become a real estate agent and join the #1 brokerage, Compass, bringing his unique blend of financial expertise and strategic insights to the real estate industry. 

          On a personal note, Michael has lived across the world in Asia, Michigan, NY, LA, but ultimately found home as a long time resident of the Bay Area, currently living in San Carlos. He is a dad of 3 young children with a true passion for food and travel, coaching sports, and being embedded in the local community.  His passion for discovery and connecting people translates seamlessly into his work as a real estate agent, as he is always on the lookout for the next great opportunity for his clients whether it's finding their first home to start a family, finding their next dream home, or strategizing various investment opportunities.
