Michael Onufer specializes in retail and multifamily investment sales, as well as retail
leasing. Mike's work centers on helping clients align real estate opportunities with their short- and long-term financial objectives. He believes there is no such thing as a universally “good” or “bad” investment property—only those that match the specific goals of the investor. Mike works closely with clients to help identify those goals and applies in-depth market knowledge and investment analysis to determine whether a property supports their strategy.

Over more than two decades in commercial real estate, Mike has developed deep expertise
in deal structuring, investment analysis, and leasing. Earlier in his career, he focused on
retail leasing and restaurant sales, gaining valuable experience negotiating leases and
transactions across a wide range of scenarios. That foundation continues to inform his work
today, bringing depth, clarity, and perspective to every client relationship and investment
opportunity.
