Michael Onyemaobi

Michael Onyemaobi is Principal of O Street Group at Compass, specializing in investment sales and capital markets advisory. He represents private investors, family offices, and developers in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties, development sites, and real estate portfolios across Southern California.

Michael’s work spans underwriting, investment strategy, and transaction execution. He helps clients identify overlooked value, evaluate risk, structure acquisitions, and navigate complex deals from initial analysis through closing.

He began his career at OnSiteIQ, working directly with developers, private equity firms, and institutional owners on construction risk and project intelligence. That role gave him early exposure to development pipelines and the investment decisions behind them.

Michael later joined Ben Bacal at Revel Real Estate in Beverly Hills, where he became a top producing associate involved in sourcing, negotiating, and closing transactions across Greater Los Angeles. He brings that experience to his advisory work at O Street Group today.
