Prior to starting his real estate businesses, Michael earned his CPA and held an executive role at EY, where he managed financial engagements for casinos and institutional investment funds, gaining valuable experience in accounting, finance, investment valuation, business management, team leadership, and human development.

Michael is involved with multiple nonprofit and professional organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters as a longtime volunteer and a governing board member.
