Romy Jacobson

Romy was born and raised in California. She graduated with a BA in English from UCLA, then moved to Hawaii in 1993 to follow her dream of working on the ocean. 

Romy's path first intersected with her husband, Erik, while working together on America II, an America's Cup contender during the 1987 racing season. Today, she is a licensed REALTOR® in the state of Hawaii, leveraging her extensive experience and unwavering commitment to excellence in serving her clients in the luxury real estate market.

Her dedication to professional development and leadership in the industry is evident through her service on the Board of Directors for the West Hawaii Association of REALTORS® (WHAR), where she has served two terms and volunteered her time on various esteemed committees. Romy's commitment to excellence has been further solidified by her graduation from the Hawaii Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy. In 2017, she was recognized as the REALTOR® of the Year for the West Hawaii Association of REALTORS®, a testament to her exceptional service and unwavering commitment to her clients.

Currently, Romy is serving on the Board of Directors for Hawaii Realtors® at the state level, further solidifying her dedication to elevating the real estate profession with her expertise and passion.
