About Michael
Michael brings nearly twenty-five years of real estate experience to the Davidson Martin Gay Team. Most recently, Michael was entrenched in the lending side of real estate where he was the head of term underwriting for a Manhattan based lender specializing in investment and commercial properties. This has given Michael an added level of expertise that he brings to the business which his clients appreciate.
Real estate goes beyond just buying and selling properties—it's about building connections; understanding individual stories; and finding the best solution for the unique needs of every client.
Michael knows that trust is the key to creating lasting relationships in business and prides himself on going the extra mile for clients. Real Estate transactions are often accompanied by significant life changes and he prides himself on his ability to help clients navigate through what can be an incredibly stressful time knowing that they have an experienced, trusted advisor that they can count on to always have their best interest at heart.
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, he built a successful career as a real estate broker in Seattle, WA for over twenty years as well as earning his MBA from the Michael G. Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. He now resides in Hudson Yards and outside of work he’s a vintage watch and car enthusiast, rugby player/coach, and always up to try a restaurant recommendation!
