Michael Toledo

Michael began his real estate career in 2000 in a small boutique office in Woodland Hills, where he worked as a transaction coordinator and personal assistant to the top performing agent in the company. Mike averaged an impressive 18 to 22 transactions a month, quickly acquiring the skills and techniques integral to handling a high volume of business. Effortlessly absorbing information and gaining experience, Michael soon became an agent himself.

In the years that followed, Michael secured his broker’s license and built a reputation as a consistent top performer, earning accolades and awards for his production, professionalism and outstanding client service. He also began working with two of the area’s leading lenders to provide Broker Price Opinions. In 2009 Michael went to work with an REO broker, an opportunity that allowed him to gain expertise in the foreclosure side of the market. In 2011 Michael made a move to focus on the Beverly Hills luxury market and has been on the Westside ever since. He partners with his wife, Tanya Toledo, to bring a “best of the best” approach to the industry. Their combined knowledge, work ethic, and deep familiarity with Los Angeles make them the absolute ideal team.
