Michael Wandland, also known as “Contractor Mike”, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois serving clients across the Chicagoland Area and surrounding suburbs. A former U.S. Coast Guard Intelligence Specialist with a finance background, this second generation general contractor has over 10 years of experience in real estate. His clientele ranges from seasoned investors to 1st time home buyers looking for a place to call home. Michael Wandland takes pride in providing every client with a high level of professionalism, determination, integrity and passion.

 
Michael is a proud husband to an amazing woman and father of two beautiful girls. When he's not servicing his clients, he's likely at home winning family game nights, enjoying a thriller, or competing with his friends in whatever sport Chicago weather allows. One of his many passions is helping others by serving weekly at his local church, volunteering at food drives, community outreaches, and traveling abroad yearly as a missionary.
