Michael Weil

In sales, Michael is passionately client-focused and takes pleasure in thinking outside the box to help them achieve their goals. He has had the pleasure of representing both sellers and buyers of smaller and larger assets and has made it a policy that each client's transaction deserves its own business plan. By educating his clients on the market and utilizing his strong negotiation skills, he can put his clients in the best position for success and enjoy themselves in the process.  

On the leasing and rental side, Michael has helped create and execute detailed marketing plans for luxury rental projects in Manhattan. His creative sensibility and strong work ethic have helped him approach high-end leasing from a unique perspective, and have helped clients exceed their expectations. He also has extensive experience in tenant and landlord relations, renovation consultation, and asset valuation. Michael obtained his bachelor of science degree in finance and marketing from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.
