Michael Zucker

Michael grew up around Real Estate in Wisconsin. He got an early start helping out with his father’s apartment development and management business - cleaning out dusty, junk-filled attics to make old duplexes into inviting homes, picking up supplies for construction crews and endlessly painting hallways, before graduating to showing apartments to prospective tenants. Along the way, Michael learned that taking pride in the small details was every bit as important as making deals. And that Real Estate is much more about people than properties.

While attending the University of Wisconsin, Michael began helping people find homes directly, serving as manager of an apartment rental service.

UCLA Law School and then a career in entertainment law brought Michael to Los Angeles, where he honed his skills of active listening, information gathering, problem solving and creative deal-making to bring people together into agreements and working relationships where everyone prospers.

When he and his wife settled in Culver City, they discovered an amazing community, where they wanted to raise their son and grow roots. Jane and Michael are integrally involved with Culver City’s schools, local government and robust arts community.

Coming full circle, Michael is bringing his passion and skills to Heart Real Estate, and is excited to join Heather, Art and Jess in helping others find their special homes and communities.
