Michaela Cadiz is the epitome of today’s multi-hyphenate woman—successfully balancing thriving careers in both real estate and interior design while raising a family. With over $1 billion in real estate sales and interior design work featured in Architectural Digest, Michaela has earned a reputation for excellence, creativity, and strategic vision across both industries.
In real estate, Michaela is known not only for her impeccable aesthetic but also as a savvy negotiator and skilled dealmaker. Her sharp understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, and buyer psychology consistently gives her clients a distinct advantage. From multi-million dollar estates to thoughtfully designed starter homes, Michaela approaches each transaction with professionalism, precision, and discretion. Her success spans Los Angeles’ most coveted neighborhoods—from the Hollywood Hills to the Westside and across the Valley—where she represents an elite clientele of celebrities, executives, and investors.
In 2006, Michaela founded Michaela Cadiz Inc. with a guiding belief: a home should be a reflection of one’s lifestyle and personality. Raised in Los Angeles and influenced early on by her mother’s antique collection, Michaela developed a passion for design that led her to UC Irvine, where she excelled as a collegiate volleyball player. After graduating, she launched her design career in the film industry, honing her talent for creating story-rich, emotionally resonant environments.
Michaela’s design work draws inspiration from contemporary art, fashion, nature, and vintage design books, resulting in a signature style that’s fresh, expressive, and effortlessly sophisticated. Each project is highly personalized, shaped by both the client’s vision and Michaela’s refined creative eye. Her interiors masterfully balance elegance and comfort—never overdone, always inviting.
Her dual expertise in real estate and design creates a powerful synergy: blending architecture, furniture, function, and form into spaces that feel as good as they look. Because a house is just a structure—until Michaela transforms it into a home.
