"Need to sell your house in a week? This is your broker! My sale wasn't your average sale, I was not on the market for a house. However, I was driving down the road and saw a house I needed to have. No realtor, no lender, no knowledge of the industry, that's where Michaela stepped in. I had heard great things about Michaela- but experiencing her professionalism, grace, and confidence, first hand, well she blew me away! I trusted her from the very beginning, Michaela constantly reassured me throughout buying and selling that it will all work out and she will find a way to get me that house. And she did. "Michaela was very helpful and professional throughout our whole process. We're moving in from out of state and contacted her prior to our trip with a list of homes that we'd be interested in seeing. Upon arriving we stumbled upon a couple more listings that we were interested in and she fit them into our schedule for the 2.5 days that we'd be in town for. She was very helpful in giving us her opinion of what some of the homes would probably sell for (vs their listing price). We put in an offer on a home before we left town and the next evening we found out that the sellers didn't want to close until almost 2 months later. Since we already had a closing date of 1 month earlier than that, she immediately countered with them to move up the closing by 2 weeks but found the next evening that they ended up taking a different offer (buyer didn't care about the closing date timing). And since our next 2 choices went under contract earlier that day, we started over. She located a home (she'd already been to about 12 with us) that we might be happy with and negotiated with the selling agent to hold a showing via a live zoom call with us, prior to an open house later that evening. It was enough to confirm for us to continue on with our offer of purchase and the rest is now history as closing has occurred and we're in. Michaela went far past what I've experienced with other agents in my decades of moving and buying of homes.
