We had an offer within 24 hours of showing. Above asking. Couldn’t have been happier. She helped arrange the movers, which was when it came to the actual sale, it couldn’t have been easier. She helped arrange the movers which was the best I’ve ever used, as well as cleaners to make sure the house was spotless for the turnover. If she could’ve helped us pack, I’m sure she would have. I wish finding my new house, which is easy as selling this last one with her. I’m sad I won’t be moving again, because I won’t have the need for her services.
