I always knew a career in real estate was for me. My first job out of college was working for a luxury brokerage firm. A career move for my husband and the start of our family put me in a holding pattern, but like the saying goes, I came back with a vengeance.

My entrepreneurial father gave me this sage advice; ā€œbelieve in what you are selling and provide the very best customer serviceā€. Selling Long Beach is easy for me because I love this town and by my nature I provide excellent customer service.

Working with first-time buyers is the best (and the most fun) part of my job. I know the available inventory, critically assess a property for red flags, listen to the buyerā€™s wants and needs, and educate them along the way. Itā€™s pure joy handing over those keys!

Selling a family home is my niche. I understand the uncertainty and emotions that come with a trust sale and relish taking over the heavy lifting of getting a home market ready. I help clients evaluate the cost of improvements and their return on investment. I truly believe in honoring the homeowner by making it look as lovely as possible.

Looking for investment property? I can be useful in this area too because Long Beach is a great place to start buying rentals or complete a 1031 exchange.

Real estate keeps me busy but I enjoy finding time for a variety of community events. My sensitive document shredding events to benefit local school programs have become quite a hit over the past 15+ years.
