With over 20 years of experience selling NYC real estate from Battery Park to Harlem, Michele Matilla, Associate Broker has enjoyed selling properties ranging from small studios to grand townhouses. A native New Yorker and longtime Chelsea resident, Michele truly appreciates the excitement of finding the right home and understands the importance of the decision from both emotional and financial perspectives. When not hard at work, Michele loves to walk her Bichon Frise dog Milou through various city parks, or let him roam in the fenced yard at her second home outside the city while she's busy gardening. Michele and Milou are a therapy team and they regularly visit a nursing home where Milou is a hit with both the residents and the staff. Michele also loves music, ballet, French culture and literature.
