Real estate and interior design have always been Michele’s true passions. With a background rooted in luxury sales and a talent for curating beautiful, functional spaces, she brings a unique perspective to every transaction. Known for her magnetic personality, strong intuition, and meticulous eye for detail, Michele has built a reputation for delivering an elevated, personalized experience for each of her clients. A graduate of the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, Michele began her career as a product development specialist for a private-label clothing company in Manhattan. She went on to thrive as a creative merchandiser and showroom sales executive—roles that sharpened her aesthetic sensibility and negotiation skills, both of which now serve her well in the real estate world. After relocating to Scotch Plains, New Jersey to raise her family, Michele transitioned seamlessly into residential real estate. Today, she co-leads NATKO~MILLER Real Estate, a boutique real estate team within the Compass Short Hills office, alongside her business partner, Sherrie Natko. Whether listing and staging a home for market or finding the perfect property for a buyer, Michele approaches every detail with care and creativity.
