Michele Nevitt brings deep local knowledge, strong market instincts, and a highly client-focused approach to her work at Compass. Raised in New York City and a Westchester resident for over two decades, Michele offers her clients firsthand insight into the area’s distinct neighborhoods, amenities, lifestyle, and commuting patterns, as well as the nuances that make each community unique.
Prior to real estate, Michele built a 25+ year career in sales and marketing for major media and technology companies, ultimately leading high-performing teams and large-scale client partnerships. Having spent decades building relationships, understanding markets, and negotiating complex, multi-million-dollar transactions, she brings that same strategic thinking and advocacy to her work in real estate. Michele is a graduate of the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis.
