Based in Santa Cruz, Michele Replogle represents buyers and sellers in one of the most important transactions of their lives. After living in the area for over fifty years, she has extensive knowledge of Santa Cruz’s highly unique neighborhoods and uses this expertise to connect her clients with homes that fit their desired lifestyles. Growing up, Michele learned first-hand the inequities of housing and wanted to be secure in her home and ultimately help others feel the same. With almost twenty years of experience in the real estate industry, Michele represents all types of transactions in the residential market, including investment properties, first-time home buyers, experienced home buyers and sellers, foreclosures, probate sales and trusts, those new to Santa Cruz, and those who have lived in the area their entire lives. Always eager to ensure she is at the top of her game in the Santa Cruz real estate market, in 2019, Michele decided to take her business to the next level by continuing her education and obtaining her broker license.

Michele has a YouTube channel where she provides free resources for her clients and her community, breaking down the market with real data and numbers to simplify Santa Cruz’s complicated real estate landscape into comprehensible information.

She holds a bachelor's degree in communications from San Jose State and had extensive sales experience prior to entering the real estate industry.
