Michele really took the time to listen to what we were hoping for and narrow our searches. And she is on top of it like no agent Iāve ever worked with! She answered all our questions immediately, she organized home tours right away, and she was so dogged in getting answers to all our questions from both sellers and lenders. Michele is super knowledgeable about the Austin market and she was able to point out things (shoddy repairs, odd details in homes) that helped us feel confident that when we finally found the home we loved it was a good deal. Michele was an amazing advocate for us in difficult negotiations with the seller and I felt like she fought hard to get us concessions. Finally, Michele brings so much infectious energy to her work and she has a great sense of humor and made the whole process so much fun that the only thing that made me sad when we got our dream home was not getting to work with her for longer!
