Michelle Comstock has been helping her clients navigate the vast Houston Real Estate market for over 20 years. Michelle knows that the secret to success and longevity in a client-based business is to be an expert at customer relations and anticipating needs. Her strong work ethic has enabled her to perfect the ability to not only manage expectations, but exceed them whenever possible. Her clients trust her implicitly to handle the transaction from start to finish, but also to lend her keen eye and attention to detail to every step of the buying or selling process. It is this level of care and ability, to which Michelle attributes her high customer retention rate with repeat referrals from friends, family, and past clients.

While she is well versed in many Houston neighborhoods, Michelle has become an expert on the intricacies of the Meyerland/SW Houston market. Michelle successfully negotiates sales from the $100,000’s into the millions in Bellaire, Garden Oaks, Heights, Memorial Villages, Midtown, Oak Forest, Rice Military, River Oaks, Tanglewood, Westbury, West University, Willow Meadows, Katy, Pearland, Sugar Land and many more. Due to her diverse and expansive portfolio, Michelle earned an invitation to sit on a Agent Leadership Council for three years at her previous brokerage firm. This honor was only extended to the top 10% of their office.

Michelle has deep ties to the Greater Southwest Houston area and has served as president of both the Bellaire Young Mothers and Lovett Elementary’s PTO. She is currently on Board of Trustees at Bellaire United Methodist Church as well as fulfilling the Events Chair role for the BraeBurn Country Club Ladies Association Board.

When she is not looking for your perfect future home or volunteering in the community, Michelle enjoys creating gourmet meals, entertaining, and spending time with her family. You can often find her at the ball field cheering for her sons or walking their adored French bulldog, Winston.
