As the Director of Operations at Turnstone Advisory, Michelle Duarte is a cornerstone of the team’s foundation and one of the key builders of the systems that power its work. She joined the team in 2013 and is the longest standing member after founder Greg Mire. Over more than a decade, Michelle has helped refine the operational blueprint that allows Turnstone Advisory to deliver a client experience defined by clarity, precision, and care. Her presence ensures that the team moves with intention and that every client encounter reflects the standards that set Turnstone Advisory apart.

Michelle brings deep continuity and institutional knowledge to the team. Having partnered with Greg across market cycles, shifting trends, and hundreds of transactions, she understands how each component of a successful real estate experience fits together. Her early background in finance and business management laid the groundwork for her systems minded approach, and her years with the team have sharpened her instincts for anticipating needs, troubleshooting with calm efficiency, and strengthening processes so that no step is overlooked.

What defines Michelle’s leadership is not just what she manages but the way she does it. Clients feel supported from the moment they engage with the team, and teammates rely on her steady guidance to keep the operation aligned. She takes pride in creating an environment where agents can focus fully on advising clients, knowing that every detail behind the scenes is organized, thoughtful, and well executed.

Originally from Belo Horizonte, Brazil, Michelle is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish and graduated Cum Laude with a BBA from Baruch College. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, daughter and son, cooking, watching soccer, and spending time outdoors.
