I began my real estate career in Washington State in 2005 and expanded into Arizona in 2024. Over the years, I’ve made it my mission to empower clients with the tools and knowledge they need to make confident, educated decisions—because for me, it has never been just about closing a deal. I was born in Eastern Washington and raised in Western Washington, spending many years in the Tam O’Shanter Golf & Country Club community in Redmond. After living in Sammamish, WA for 8 years, my husband and I followed sunshine and family to Arizona—settling just outside Cave Creek, where we built our dream home to match our lifestyle.

When I'm not working with clients or preparing listings, you’ll often find me outdoors—riding horses through the mountains with my daughter or cheering on our son from the baseball diamond. I'm also a proud business owner, working alongside my husband to run Skoglund Contracting, our remodeling company.
