This was a new build, and as anyone who’s gone through that process knows, communication with the builder can be… spotty at best. There were times they would go completely radio silent, but Michelle never let anything slip through the cracks. She stayed on top of them constantly, following up more often than I even had the bandwidth to, and made sure everything stayed on track and moving forward.
What makes this even more impressive is that all of this was happening while we were in the middle of our own move, selling our home in Madisonville and buying a home in Mandeville Lakefront. We were juggling three different contracts within a three-week period. It could have easily felt overwhelming, but Michelle kept everything organized, clear, and under control.
We know she has other clients (and is in high demand), but somehow she always makes you feel like you’re her only one and you’re her top priority. And the more you get to know her, the more you realize that’s just who she is. She genuinely cares, shows up fully, and goes above and beyond every single time.
