Beth Nellis

Beth Nellis has been a driving force in the Atlanta real estate market for more than 30 years. An Atlanta resident for forty years, Beth has her thumb on the pulse of the city. With listings in Intown Atlanta, Buckhead, and Vinings, she is aware of the different personalities of each one of Atlanta’s unique neighborhoods. Her vast knowledge of real estate goes beyond her experience as a seasoned agent. She has overseen construction projects, supervised countless renovation efforts, and assisted in the interior design of many luxury homes.

In 2011, Beth received her license in North Carolina, extending her versatility as a realtor and spreading Beacham and Company’s outstanding reputation in luxury homes to a brand new market.

Besides her work in the real estate business, Beth has been an active figure in the Atlanta and North Carolina communities. Beth has worked with the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, as a member of the Board of Directors of The Bascom Center for Fine Arts in Highlands, as well as a volunteer at Trinity School, The Westminster Schools, and Pace Academy.

Beth and her husband, Jim, reside in Buckhead and have had a summer home in Highlands for 30 years. They have two lovely daughters, Kate Nellis Burns, and Liz Nellis. Kate, Westminster alum and Duke graduate, lives in Atlanta with her husband, Clay Burns. Liz, a graduate of Pace Academy and has an MBA from the New York University, is living in New York City and has her own consulting company.
