Michelle Hunter

Michelle has been a Bay Area resident for most of her life and moved to San Francisco in 1992 to pursue a career in trade publishing after graduation from Saint Mary’s of California with a BA in English Literature. She eventually started her own large format printing company with her husband Mark. As a small business owner, she cultivated relationships and sold printing and design services to many of the residential and commercial real estate developers, real estate marketing and construction companies around the Bay Area. Michelle was able to witness and contribute to the ever-changing landscape of San Francisco real estate through the work she did which sparked her love of real estate.

Obtaining her real estate license was a natural transition when she sold her business. She is a trusted advocate to her clients. She listens to understand each client’s needs and wants and believes that buying or selling a home is a very personal and unique experience. She is detailed oriented and ensures that her clients are educated in each step of the buying/selling process and is open to answering all questions along the way.

“Home is where the heart it” is her mantra and she likes to share her positive experiences in buying her first home in San Francisco with her clients. She understands how important it is to take the time needed to search, communicate wants and needs and ensures that her clients feel at ease and know that they have an agent that cares about one of the biggest steps in their lives.

Michelle lives in the South of Market neighborhood of San Francisco with her husband Mark and two basset hounds Lily and Bentley. In her spare time, she can be seen walking around the neighborhood, meeting new people at the local dog park or out and about exploring local restaurants and bars
