Michelle Gorman is a Leucadia native and experienced North County Realtor® who combines deep local roots with a strategic, service-driven approach to real estate. As both a licensed agent and the Director of Operations for The Harth Team at Compass, Michelle plays a key leadership role in managing the team’s high-volume business while also guiding her own clients through successful sales and purchases across coastal North County San Diego.
Michelle’s background in journalism, media, and marketing uniquely positions her to craft thoughtful, compelling campaigns that showcase each property with maximum impact. She is highly regarded for her organization, professionalism, and calm, communicative presence throughout every stage of a transaction. In her operations role, Michelle oversees the team’s listing preparation, marketing systems, transaction coordination, and client experience—skills that directly benefit her own clients as well, who gain access to a refined, process-driven approach that prioritizes clarity and results.
A graduate of San Diego State University, Michelle earned her degree magna cum laude in Journalism with an emphasis in Media Studies, along with extended study in Rhetoric and Writing. She also competed as a Division I athlete on the SDSU Women’s Rowing team—an experience that continues to shape her drive, discipline, and collaborative mindset. Michelle is passionate about serving her community and is committed to delivering a seamless, knowledgeable, and results-oriented experience for every client.
