She made a couple trips there (showing, inspection) and was in contact with the seller agent and title company to ensure everything went well. She even checked in on our aging cat after the buyer of our home requested one last walk through! She was in frequent contact with updates and alerts about eSigning emails to attend to. And she did everything with a huge smile and big heart. I thoroughly appreciated her professionalism and her super communication.
