"This was my second home buying experience, the first being over 20 years ago so take that into consideration. Having MLS access and being able to target specific properties was great, and Michelle (and Michael) were great with responding to feedback. This helped me to narrow down the search to the things relevant to me. Since not all new builds are listed on MLS Michelle created an itinerary to check some of those out as well as the places closer to Austin, as well as a few on my top 10. The next day we got through the rest of the top 10, and found my new place first thing. That was a very easy process and we made an offer the next day.
