Known for her unwavering dedication and collaborative spirit, Michelle is committed to providing education and support to her team of agents and staff. A natural-born collaborator and problem solver allows her to work proactively with agents. Her passion is to provide education and support to agents in a highly productive environment.
Michelle's extensive background in the real estate industry, initially as a Realtor® for 14 years, built a great foundation for her next 8 years as an Operations and Risk Manager. These past roles contributed to her natural progression into her current role as a Sales Manager, where she has honed her skills as a proactive problem solver, making her a valuable asset to her agents.
Her family has raised 3 children who have all attended San Ramon Valley schools. She is an active volunteer in youth sport leagues and enjoys giving back to her community in her spare time.
