About Michelle
Michelle leads the Kindred Team’s executive agents in sales and accountability in the San Diego and Dallas markets. She is responsible for recruiting and training industry professionals to work at the highest level for our clients. In addition, she spearheads the event planning duties for Kindred’s renowned Home Seller Success Workshops. Michelle was born and raised in Cleveland, OH where the value of hard work was instilled in her at a young age.
After graduating from Bowling Green State University, these ideals traveled with her to Chicago, IL, and then to San Diego, CA. As an industry professional, Michelle worked for top hospitality companies such as Caesar’s Entertainment, Marriott International, Hilton Hotels and Resorts, and more; notably representing a hotel that was named Marriott Hotel of the Year for all of the Americas (2018).
As a sales manager she understood the importance of client relationships and making her guests feel “at home away from home”. Naturally, this led her into a field that takes “home” to the next level— Real Estate.
