"We had a wonderful experience working with Michelle to purchase our first home! As first-time homebuyers, we had a general sense of what we wanted, but Michelle really helped us narrow down what was important to us in a house and neighborhood. She set up tours of all the properties that we wanted to see, always responding in a very timely manner, and walked us through each property, answering endless questions. The disclosures process was a bit overwhelming not knowing what to expect, and homes in San Francisco can definitely have their quirks, but Michelle helped us understand everything and make sure we had a great understanding of the property before submitting an offer. Even now that we've closed Michelle continues to check in to see how the progress is going in some work that we're planning to do to the house. She really is a rockstar and I'd definitely recommend her to any potential buyers!" - Kati. A

"I had worked with a couple of agents before I decided to work with Michelle Long. I had very limited budget for SF Market, but had broad idea of what types and neighborhood. I went everywhere in terms of location, type, and even price ranges, but she was extremely patient and never pushed me while offering me her advices and plenty of information no matter what I asked and how many. I saw condo (new and old), fixer n upper, duplex, single house, etc. We went through a few offers together before my offer was accepted. Looking back, I can see that she really did prepared me for the next step at each time for buying a house in SF market. She was very quick to find new listings that are match to my type. In this seller's market, she tactfully guided me the offer process which gave me an upper hand at the end. Thanks to Michelle, I am a happy home owner now. I highly recommend her." - Tara

"Michelle Long proved to be the perfect fit for my family. We relocated back to the U.S. just after a 3-year stint abroad. Our goal was to find a home in San Francisco in 3-months. Knowing how competitive the market is, my husband and I wanted a realtor who would dedicate their time to us. Michelle impressed us with her experience and knowledge. We were looking for a single family home but were undecided on the area. As a native San Franciscan, Michelle knows the city extremely well and has a lot of useful information to share. We probably saw close to 50 homes with her (and my 4-year old son) all over the city. It felt like everywhere we went, someone knew her. We put an offer on a house within our first week of being in the city and although we lost that bid (by a hair) I feel Michelle gave us solid advice and never pushed us outside of our comfort zone. She knows the process and guided us through it skillfully and calmly. We tested Michelle with all sorts of fact patterns - fixer-uppers, places outside our price range, probate houses, too-small, too large, and whatever it was, she patiently took us through our options, and guided us through the variables. She also introduced us to contacts for financing options as well as a contractor and architect. Hers is certainly a full-service operation. At crunch time, she also walked us through the comps and was generally spot on on the ultimate sale price of homes that we'd considered. Ultimately, we found a home in Noe Valley. Even though the deal is done, Michelle still offers her resources and has helped us find a gardener, a handy man, and even suggested fun restaurants. Overall, she is diligent, patient, and well known and liked in the realtor community. Through it all, Michelle showed a sense of grace and integrity that is invaluable in this competitive market. "Michelle is a fantastic agent! We've worked with her on multiple occasions when purchasing and selling our home and plan to do so again in the future. Michelle is reliable, intelligent and extremely professional in all matters. Her communication is always on point, and she has excellent knowledge of the bay area market. " - MN O

"I worked with Michelle to renovate and sell my Mom's house that hadn't been upgraded in over 45 years. It seemed quite daunting to do all of this work while being out of the country, but working with Michelle was the best decision we made. She is knowledgeable, understanding, communicative, and very hard working. Michelle outsourced the contractors for us, and she oversaw the entire renovation. She communicated with us as much as needed but she really took the reins so we didn't have to worry about anything. The final product was amazing and in preparation to sell the house Michelle also arranged all of the cleaning & staging. The sales process was absolutely seamless and Michelle provided all of the marketing with high end photography, drone video footage and social media outreach. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Michelle and honestly don't think we would have received this kind of attention from another agent. " - L.B

"This review is for Michelle Long. Michelle is a truly gifted Realtor. Her dedication, hard work, kind disposition and intelligence makes her a remarkable woman. I feel so very fortunate and blessed to have met her and had her for my Realtor. She went above and beyond in helping me through a difficult time (selling the house as a result of the death of my sister) and really eased a lot of stress for me as she took care of a lot of details for me that would have overwhelmed me. She's the best there is and I've sold and bought a few houses in my lifetime. " - Annette

★★★★★
"We worked with Michelle both in buying our home in Cole Valley and then selling it nine years later. We wouldn't have worked with anyone else! As an SF native, Michelle knows the city of San Francisco really well and loves it. Michelle is extremely professional, responsive, organized and also human centered. She is highly dependable which we really appreciated because we always felt supported at each phase of the buying and selling process. We relied heavily on Michelle's expertise when we listed our home for sale and her instincts and recommendations about needed improvements and pricing were spot on. She coordinated the cadence of work and secured reliable, trustworthy and skilled people to help us complete projects. Achieving a great outcome and also having a great experience with a realtor is really special, and Michelle delivered on all counts, with grace, honesty, and a client-centric approach.
