Michelle Mariacher is a top-producing real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in residential sales across Brevard County and Central Florida. Born and raised in Brevard—where her father was stationed at the then Patrick Air Force Base in Satellite Beach. Michelle brings a lifelong connection to the Space Coast and a deep understanding of the local market. Her early years in South Merritt Island shaped her love for the area, and after 12 years in Orlando, she returned to her roots to serve the community she knows best.

Encouraged by her brother, a loan officer, Michelle earned her real estate license in 2004 while still in college pursuing a degree in nursing. What began as a side path quickly became her passion. Today, she ranks in the top 5% of agents in Brevard County and is known for her strategic mindset, calm confidence, and unwavering commitment to her clients Michelle has successfully led high-performing teams, guided luxury buyers and sellers through complex negotiations, and helped families across Orlando, Lakeland, and the Space Coast get top dollar for their homes.
