Michelle Parra

A native of Southern California, and no stranger to the real estate business, Michelle Parra is a second- generation luxury real estate agent with Compass, Beverly Hills. Michelle grew up in Los Angeles County with a mother in real estate and a father in construction, which contributed to her understanding of real estate and entry into the business. Prior to real estate, Michelle was a Los Angeles-based interior designer, specializing in luxury and estate properties. Her eye for detail, form and function provides value to her real estate clients, just as it did for her design clients.

Although Michelle has worked with celebrity and professional athletes, she enjoys serving clients from all professions and walks of life. She especially enjoys helping first time and move-up homebuyers. As a certified Barre Method instructor, as well as an avid cyclist, Michelle brings a competitive, professional, “street smart” energy that ultimately enables her and her clients to achieve positive outcomes. 

An eager health and fitness buff, Michelle is an active yogi, skateboarder, foodie and fashionista. Michelle also understands the importance of contribution and social impact and volunteers at The Amanda Foundation, which finds forever homes for rescue dogs, and is involved with Surfrider Foundation, dedicated to protecting our oceans. She lives in Beverly Hills with her dog, “Ellie.”
