Michelle Posey is a seasoned sales professional with over 34 years of experience, celebrating 20 of those successful years in real estate. She has represented homes ranging from $100,000 to over $1 million and brings a strong foundation in leadership, marketing, and strategic sales—built on both her real estate career and a 12-year tenure in the automotive industry, where she rose to Director of Finance in her early 20s Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge, insights, and passion for helping others. She previously managed an office of 80+ agents and staff, overseeing hiring, training, mentorship and contract management. Known for her expert negotiation skills, deep industry relationships, and dedication to excellence, Michelle has built a respected name in the real estate community. A proud Brooklyn native now based in Sugar Land, TX, she has served multiple terms on the Houston Association of Realtors Board of Directors and contributes to various local and state committees. Her philanthropic efforts include a long-standing support for organizations like The Sunshine Kids, March of Dimes, Triumph Over Kids Cancer and The Arthritis Foundation, where she served over a decade on the board.
