As a former analyst, leasing agent, and certified mineral manager, I bring a broader perspective to land and property transactions—including helping clients understand how oil and gas activity, mineral rights, and development can impact a property and its surrounding area.

I also specialize in helping investors navigate 1031 exchanges, working alongside qualified intermediaries and other professionals to help clients identify replacement-property opportunities and understand the real estate considerations involved in an exchange.
