"Michelle started as an agent and ended as a friend. She was professional yet warm and made the sale of our home a surprisingly enjoyable experience. We contemplated the idea of for sale by owner for some time but after a few meetings with Michelle and learning about southern California's fast paced real estate market and her strategic marketing strategies we were convinced that her services were of value to us. Within 3 days of being on the market we had a full price all cash offer and we knew we had made the right decision. The escrow process went smoothly and communication with the sellers and the entire process was spot on. We closed escrow on time and couldn't be happier. Thank you Michelle for everything you did for us!"
"I'm so glad a friend recommended Michelle to my family when we were looking for a home. Michelle was very professional, responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and a great negotiator. Michelle had insight on the areas in North County that we wanted to live in. She never pressured us into buying a home (even when we backed out of escrow). She even managed to find homes that we liked that I didn't find myself. I'm a little redfin obsessed. Buying a home is a stressful experience, but having a great realtor is such an invaluable asset. Not only did Michelle help us find a home in our price range that we love, but it's so much nicer that I thought we would find in this competitive market. This is our family's 3rd home and Michelle is by far the best agent we used. I know when it comes time to sell who we will call." - Cara
"Michelle is smart reliable and knows what she is doing! She helped us get a all cash offer on our house and it sold within 2 weeks! Highly recommend her!" - Haley
"Michelle Williams was very knowledgeable, efficient and understanding while assisting us in the sale of our parent’s home. Not only was her pricing spot on, she also guided us through repairs and cleanup prior to listing, managed the open house, and gave us excellent feedback when we received multiple offers on the house. We were in escrow within 7 days of putting the house on the market. This was especially helpful to us because the home was sold empty after moving. Our concerns about coping with a trust sale while out of state were for naught. We would highly recommend Michelle to others seeking an excellent realtor. Thank you Michelle for all your help!" - Leslie
"Michelle is an excellent realtor and I would highly recommend her. Michelle assisted us most recently in the sale of this home in Encinitas and she has previously assisted us in the sale of an additional home and a purchase of our current home in Encinitas for total transaction value of almost $3.5 million. If we ever have another purchase/sale transaction, we would absolutely use Michelle. She provided us with a thorough market analysis, she helped guide us through what improvements should be done prior to listing the property, she has an excellent list of referrals (painters, handymen, etc.) and she helps coordinate all of the appointments, and she is easy to work with and very professional. She helped us navigate the purchase price negotiations and credit negotiations following the property inspection. She gave us great advice and truly went above and beyond in all aspects of the transaction. This transaction involved 4 Seller parties, a rental property with tenants, and unexpected issues in the inspection report. Michelle handled it professionally and guided us through the process to make it a smooth transaction with a tight timeframe - we closed in 3 weeks. We do not take referrals lightly and we would highly recommend Michelle. She is excellent!" - Stacey
