Migdalia Lopez-Hasche

Migdalia Lopez-Hasche, was born and raised in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and has called the East Village home for over 20 years. With a Master’s in Early Childhood Special Education and over two decades of teaching experience, she has partnered with children's families to make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Before her extensive career in education, Migdalia explored the dynamic world of New York City real estate. Her experience in assisting international and relocation clients with finding rentals and purchasing homes highlighted her natural talent for connecting with individuals and guiding them to their ideal living spaces. This unique skill set, combined with her passion for helping others, has been a cornerstone of her professional journey.

Motivated by her pursuit of excellence and meaningful service, Migdalia has joined Compass. Her unique blend of expertise in both education and real estate allows her to effectively connect with clients, understand their needs, and guide them through significant life decisions.

Outside of her professional life, Migdalia finds solace in nature, often exploring the scenic trails of the Hudson Valley. As an avid fitness enthusiast, she enjoys walking the bustling streets of NYC and engaging in rejuvenating workouts to stay active and energized. Migdalia is dedicated to serving her community's real estate needs with compassion and expertise.
