literature from Florida International
University.
About Miguel
Licensed since 2007, Miguel Salvat has wasted
no time in building his book of business and
reputation throughout the South Florida
community.
2015 was a landmark year for Salvat, having
handled a record 118 transactions on his own
(having secured 89 the previous year) and
launching YES Real Estate. In the first two
months of the firm’s existence, YES has hired
over 43 qualified and experienced agents and
eventually grew to 83 agents. In 2019 Miguel
sold YES Real Estate Services to Century 21
Yarlex international Realty and continues to
grow his Real Estate sales brand, the Salvat
Group to record sales boasting over $25
million in sales for 2018.
Prior to opening YES, Salvat worked with
Keller Williams Premier Properties until 2015
where he was the first member of the team in
the firm’s 20+ year history to be selected to
join the elite Master Brokers Forum that
recognizes South Florida's top residential real
estate professionals and only one of two
individuals to win the exclusive Capper Award
five years in a row.
Salvat is recognized by the National
Association of Hispanic Real Estate
Professionals (NAHREP.org), ranking in the top
100 year after year nationwide. In addition,
Salvat has served many terms as a governor on
the Miami Association of Realtors, and was one
of the founding members of Miami’s first ever
YPN committee.
