Mikaela Ji, a Washington native, plays a major role in this formidable Mother Daughter team. As a proud member of the Compass family, Mikaela carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. The team would not function without her immense organizational strength and leadership skills. From managing client remodels and acting as a liaison between contractors and homeowners to scheduling team meetings, client appreciation events, and photo shoots, she makes it all happen seamlessly.

From a young age, Mikaela was surrounded by entrepreneurs and real estate professionals. By age fifteen she knew most of the forms by heart. It is safe to say she has accumulated a lifetime of real estate exposure through contract negotiation, land acquisition, marketing, staging, basic handyman work, and conflict resolution. Real estate runs deep in the Ji family, as her father is a commercial developer.

Mikaela is a founding member of Compass Northwest YP and an active leader within the SKCR Young Professionals Network. She is deeply involved at the local and state REALTOR® level. In 2025 she is serving as SKCR YPN Chair, SKCR YPN Director, SKCR Government Affairs Committee Member, WR Director, WR Legislative Steering Committee Member, and WR Vice Chair for YPN. In 2023, she was honored as a recipient of the SKCR Five to Follow Award, and in 2024 she received the SKCR Young Professional Achievement Award.

In keeping with the Ji Group’s commitment to community inclusion, Mikaela is a supporting member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America and has been recognized four consecutive years on AREAA’s A List for Team Sales.

Prior to her career in real estate, Mikaela founded Scope Equestrian Lifestyle in Palm Springs, an equestrian apparel brand centered around thoughtful design and empowering messaging that encouraged riders to “Go Higher.” As owner and operator of Scope USA, she worked closely with the founders of Scope Canada to grow and elevate the brand nationally.

Actively involved in her community, Mikaela is a past Director and current member of her local Chamber of Commerce. She also supports Washington DECA, Empower Youth Network, and other local organizations. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time in the kitchen, and riding her horses at the farm.
