Before her distinguished career in real estate, Mikala left her mark in the beauty industry, pioneering the first makeup artistry program in Oklahoma and contributing to the launch of a successful salon and spa franchise. Armed with a degree in Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma, Mikala honed her digital and social media marketing skills while working with renowned brands such as McDonald’s and Arteriors in Dallas before transitioning into a career in real estate.
After just two years as a Licensed Real Estate Agent and a top-producing Apartment Locator, Mikala co-founded The Realm Agency, a premier apartment locating company. As a co-founder of The Realm Agency, Mikala has trained over 30 Apartment Locators to become REALTORS®, and she continues this mission as a Team Lead of the Realm Residential Group at Compass.
