After graduating from the University of Washington with a major in Community, Environment and Planning and a minor in Geography,

I worked as an Analyst for a Berkeley-based economic development consulting firm. During that time I received formal training in comparative market analysis, financial feasibility studies, and gained a deep knowledge of the Bay Area housing market. I am a proud Berkeley homeowner and landlord excitedly awaiting the day when my two boys become the 4th generation in our family to attend Berkeley public schools.
