"I was fortunate to manage homes for my wonderful grandparents in their later years. After my grandmother passed away a few years ago we had to sell a couple of the properties. "I should have written a review a long time ago. 5 years ago Mike sold my house in the Los Gatos Hills. It was a challenging time and definitely a buyers market and the consensus from other agents was my house was overpriced and was worth more like 2.5m. I told Mike I wouldn't budge on the price. He staged many rooms (for free), had some rooms painted, and made some basic changes. The house sold for 3 million !!! I've since used Mike to sell another 3 million dollar home and buy me 2 others. He's also referred me an agent where I have another property back East. Additionally, he sold my neighbors home (and set a price record). That home was demolished. A new home was built. The owner also used Mike as their agent. And that home set a new price record. He's been a wonderful agent for both a buyer and a seller.
