Mike Domer has over 40 years of experience as a real estate broker and a driving force in Arizona's high-end luxury home market. His history of accomplishments are numerous. Mike continually ranks in the top 0.1% of all real estate agents in America. In 2021 Mike sold over 100 homes exceeding $200 million in sales and was ranked as Scottsdale's #1 agent in home sales. Prior to changing brokerage firms in 2018, Mike was the #1 RE/MAX agent in the United States. Also in 2018 he sold the highest priced home ever sold in Arizona history at $17.5M, breaking the previous record by $5M. Perhaps even more astonishing is that over a ten year period, Mike sold 50% of all Scottsdale homes selling for $8 million and above making him the definitive choice for luxury home sales.

Mike's overwhelming success led to speaking engagements throughout the U.S. and Canada. He personally trained over one million real estate agents and was a repeat "featured" speaker at the National Association of Realtors® Conventions. Over $20 million worth of Mike's books and audio training programs covering his innovative approach to marketing residential real estate have been purchased by real estate agents worldwide.

He is married to his college sweetheart, Peggy, and they have two successful children – Michael, an orthopedic surgeon and Candice, a veterinarian – who have blessed them with eight grandchildren. Mike is an avid golfer with a low handicap and a member of Desert Highlands and Pine Canyon golf clubs. Mike attends Scottsdale Bible Church and gives generously to multiple charities.
