Mike Gaines

Mike was born and raised in San Jose. His 20+ years of real estate sales in Santa Clara County has developed into local real estate knowledge to aid in providing the best possible service to his clients. As the Director of the local Brokers tour, Mike has a unique knowledge of the market and the agents who work in your community. Mike understands that buyers and sellers have many concerns and questions during a real estate transaction and Mike answers all of them with professional experience and knowledge.

Mike’s passion in Real Estate is helping clients obtain their goal of home ownership or successfully sell their home as stress free as possible. Whether you are a first time home buyer, a move-up buyer or a Seller who is now “right sizing” and simplifying your life, Mike gets great satisfaction out of helping people achieve their goal in real estate. Everyone has specific needs and requirements for their home and it is always Mike’s top priority to make sure all of your needs are met.

Mike’s real estate career began in 1998, he joined the Compass Family in September of 2020. He has served on various committees and boards over the years. He has been the director of the Willow Glen Brokers Tours for the past 12 years, he is serving on the Willow Glen Business Association Board of Directors and is the Chairman of the Our Avenue Committee. In addition to these services, Mike supports many other events. He is the co-founder and emcee of the “BBQ in the Glen”, the Willow Glen High School football announcer…GO RAMS!!!, the founder and organizer of the “Willow Glen Christmas Lights Tour”, benefiting “Giving Tree” and the organizer for “Cruise for a Cause”, benefiting “Second Harvest”.
