"Because of Mike Konopik we were able to purchase our dream house. We wanted to take a look at Anacortes having done research but never having visited. Mike offered to show us houses as a way to educate us on what the area had to offer, but we expected to wait a year or two before making a decision. Mike was fine with that and was appropriately laid back to give us space as we toured the area. After looking at a house we all didn't like, we had a window of open time before our next appointment.
